5Perfect case for my PRS  Jun 30, 2011 By T. Hreno
I'm very happy with this case. It offers significant protection - much superior to an ordinary gig bag. The case itself is very stiff and can't bend. It fits my PRS extremely well - even with Dunlop straploks. And the guitar does not move a millimeter once it's in the case and zipped closed. It has a sufficient amount of storage space for stings, a strap, some tools, a pedal or two, and you can carry it over one shoulder or backpack style. It's the golden mean between hard cases and gig bags.

5Surprising for the money  Aug 07, 2010 By jack of all languages master of none "jack"
The title for this product is not really accurate. I was expecting a floppy, thinly padded gig bag to put one of my guitar projects in. Boy was I wrong. This bag is really a hard shell case, covered in nylon. If I had known what a great bag this was, I would have bought many more. I don't think there is another product on the market that comes close when it comes to value.

5Just what I needed.  Apr 08, 2010 By Guitar Mike
I haven't toured in decades and retired my heavy flight case long ago, but I wanted something I could use for taking my trusty old Ibanez guitar to jam sessions and the occasional gig. I looked at regular gig bags and while I liked the soft outside, easy carry and the amount of storage they offered, I wanted something with more substance and these cases fit the bill perfectly. While I wouldn't put these cases through handling by an airline the hard sides are more than adequate for around town. They also provide good neck support and protection for the guitar when not in use, something I don't think soft sided gig bags do. And there are plenty of pockets and storage for a strap, cables, tuner, battery practice amp, picks and other essential items that I carry with me. I wish I had this when I was actively playing.

2Universal shaped guitar case? Seriously??  Apr 25, 2012 By Changon Chingan
I thought when buying this case it would fit all kinds of guitars, including my Les Paul, but it did not. This case is more meant to fit fender strats, gibson SGs, ibanez, any type of guitar with TWO cutaways in each side. Les Pauls only have one cutaway, therefore my guitar was being blocked by the shape of the left cutaway in the interior, and I could not zip it all the way.

What is a universal-shaped guitar anyway? I think the title and description of this item should be changed & put into detail for better reference.

5Just In CASE  Jan 20, 2012 By StratLover
I got this case for Christmas from my wife. Great gift! Like the other reviews state, this is really a hardshell case, covered in nylon, with sturdy backpack straps. This is SO convenient because you can either use the handle and carry it like a traditional hardshell case, or use the backpack straps like a gigbag. When you wear it, it doesn't look too bulky and isn't too heavy. The interior is a beautiful plush, which gives your axe a nicely polished shine while it's inside. This case has great neck support and an inside compartment where I keep two tremolo arms, my strap, a tuner and a short cable for my tuner. The outside has two additional, decently-sized zipper compartments for storage. I went to Guitar Center with this case and brought two pedals with me inside of the top, thin compartment without any problems. This case is sturdy, nice on the eyes and most important, it REALLY protects your guitar! If you're thinking about getting this, please do. You won't be disappointed.
